Methane Bubbles

Methane is pumped through soapy water to create bubbles with methane in them. When grabbing a handful of bubbles, dipping your hand into the water as you grab them coats you hand with a protective layer of water. Then when you light the bubbles on fire, your hand is protected from the fire for a few seconds as the bubbles go up in flames due to the Leidenfrost effect.
