Directions

The Department of Physics and Astronomy is located in the Mitchell Physics Building and the Mitchell Institute, at the corner of University Drive and Ireland Street. Some department labs and services are also located in the Cyclotron or the Engineering Physics Building (ENPH), both accessible via Spence Street. Please reference the Department Directory to verify individual office and lab locations.

Parking

The closest visitor parking to the Mitchell Physics Building is available in the Northside Parking Garage at the intersection of University Drive and Ireland Street. If you have arranged for numbered reserved space or accessible parking through the department, these spaces can be accessed via the driveway between the Mitchell building and the Brown Chemical Engineering building, indicated in blue in the map above.
