I will start with a broad overview of the financial markets and dive a bit deeper into the areas that attract candidates with a degree in Physics/Science. I will point out why Physics graduates are in a sweet spot to thrive in the field of finance. I will also highlight the cultural differences between working in academia versus the industry, and discuss the roadway to success. I expect the session to be more Q&A oriented as opposed to just a monologue so that I can address as many questions as possible.
