Delivery of Macromolecules, Imaging Probes, and Nanoparticles Into Live Cells

A novel technology designed to deliver of variety of molecules into live cells will be presented. This technology uses a simple co-incubation protocol with a peptide designed to permeabilized late endosomes. We will show that this approach is convenient, highly efficient, and innocuous to cells. Overall, this approach should be useful for cell biology applications. In particular, it should facilitate the monitoring of intracellular processes by non-genetically encodable imaging probes
