Depth Charge

An empty 2-liter soda bottle is partially filled with liquid Nitrogen (77K), and submerged in a 55-gallon drum of relatively hot water (300K). The liquid nitrogen evaporates into Nitrogen gas, which takes ~700x more volume. This builds enormous pressure until the plastic bottle bursts and releases all of the Nitrogen gas, creating a water explosion reaching ~10 meters.
