Single-Beam and Supercontinuum-Assisted Multiplex CARS Microscopy

Coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy provides chemical information of the molecules constituting a sample, and has become a useful tool in chemical and biomedical research. I will briefly review the single-beam schemes we've developed for CARS spectroscopy and microscopy. Then I'll show some results from our recently-constructed CARS microscope based on picosecond supercontinuum source. Finally, I will introduce some related on-going projects in the group.
