Event Details

This tutorial series navigates from fundamental to advanced concepts in the interdisciplinary research area bridging quantum many-body physics and quantum information science, targeting interested graduate students and postdocs, though faculty members are also welcome. We will first discuss basic terminology and tools in the field, such as quantum circuits, entanglement, and tensor networks, and then move on to introduce some recent research topics. The tutorials will be blackboard talks and informal. Initially, we plan to conduct two sessions, with the possibility of an extension based on feedback.
