Event Details

I will start with motivations for higher spin theory. I will then describe Einstein equations in frame formalism and how their lineraized form is generalized to Fronsdal equations for all spins. Next, I will describe the structure of the fully nonlinear equations a la Vasiliev, explaining the the underlying higher symmetry algebra, twistorial extension of spacetime and star product. Finally, I will sketch how they produce Fronsdal’s equations at the linearized level, and the structure of the interactions.
