Biography

Howdy!
I graduated from Missouri State University in May, 2022 with a BS in Physics. Throughout my undergraduate, I focused heavily on experimental research and applied physics. At University of Arkansas, I studied atomic-scale friction. Back at Missouri State, I worked on a NASA grant studying early stage exoplanet formation and volcanism. Now, as a first year PhD student at TAMU, I am interested in high-powered superconducting magnets and accelerator physics, working under Dr. McIntyre. My intent is to eventually become a professor while specializing in accelerator physics.
Outside of physics, I do a lot of rock climbing (both indoors and outdoors), camping, hiking, and that whole nine yards. I've recently been getting into climbing bigger walls on rope. I also absolutely adore music (although I can't play it) and have daily karaoke in my car with myself.
