Biography

Dr. Gagliardi's research interests lie in experimental nuclear physics: weak and electromagnetic interaction properties, spin excitations in nuclei, rare particle decays and fundamental symmetries.Professor Gagliardi received his B.S. degree from Yale, his M.A. and Ph.D. from Princeton in 1977 and 1982, respectively. He performed research at Argonne National Laboratory from 1977-82. His honors include membership in Phi Beta Kappa, the De Forrest Senior Mathematics Prize at Yale and a National Science Foundation Fellowship. Dr. Gagliardi joined the Texas A&M faculty in 1982.
