Archimedes Principle
Archimedes Principle states that the upward buoyant force that is exerted on a body immersed in a fluid is equal to the weight of the fluid that displaces. Given two cylinders, one filled with oil and the other with water, and a bowling ball on a pulley in each of them, we can observe that the displaced fluid is different in each of the cylinders.
