Licensed Software available for Physics Department computers

This document is meant to provide a list of the software MOST OFTEN installed on computers in the Physics Department which is licensed, or available at a "less than retail" price. Note that this is not intended to be a complete list of all software used everywhere in the department.

Other software is available via a license agreement either through "SELL" at CIS, or SHI (Software House International). For these programs, you will need to obtain the license, then see the Computer Support group to get installation CD. For products through SHI, see the main office "purchasing person" to place an order; for products through CIS, contact the Computer Support group.
