Connecting to the DELL printers under Mac OSX

Note: I currently do not have a way to produce "screen captures". So if someone would like to follow these steps and produce an image for each step, I would appreciate it.

(1) Use the Print Manager and click on the "+" sign to add a new printer

(2) You can add the printer as either Appletalk or as an IP Printer (both methods are enabled and both work equally well). If you use "IP Printer", change the protocol to "IPP - Internet Printing Protocol".

(3) (only for IPP printing) The address is the entire domain name listed in the table on the previous webpage.

(4) (only for IPP printing) Leave the Queue field blank

(5) Change the "Print Using" to select "Lexmark T630" as the model of the printer.

You're done. Print a test page if you want.
