Obtaining a physics account

• Accounts for undergraduate students are obtained by Sandi Smith, room ENPH 421.

• This departmental account is different from your university issued Neo account and is used for entering lab 217, receiving departmental e-mail announcements and for being listed on the departmental website.

• To get access to lab 217 you must get your student ID card activated or swiped by Chris Barnes, room ENPH 438, to gain entry.

• E-mail forwarded???

• Accounts for graduate students are also obtained by Sandi Smith, room ENPH 421.

• These accounts will be set-up during orientation.

• Accounts for faculty and staff are obtained by either Yasa Rathnayaka, room ENPH 406 or Heather Walker, room ENPH 404.

• These accounts will be set-up on the first day of work or when knowledge of attendance is confirmed.
